There are two passenger elevators and one service elevator serving 5151 Katy Freeway.
All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems.
5151 Katy Freeway offers patient drop off at the main entrance. Visitors should park in any available spaces on the surface lot attached to the building. Tenant and all employees should park across the street in unreserved employee lot. Adjacent to that is a covered reserved parking in which you must have an access badge to enter.
To request a physician parking pass, download the Parking Pass form and email, fax or deliver it to the Management Office.
5151 Katy Freeway offers complimentary valet parking with First Park. The valet stand is located near front entrance accessible from Roy St. For more information, please contact the Management Office.
